Day 6 & 7: Week 1 Integration

We'll use the last two days of each week for integration.

Here are the practices to integrate from this week:

- Connect to feeling(s) that your Day 3 vision brought to life & do an activity daily to plug into that feeling - some examples are dancing, singing, salt baths, nature walks, taking your inner child on a play date - allow your intuition to guide you

- Create space to BE - this is important & a key part of this process & journey - you can do this using the Body, Breath, & Being Meditation from Day 4

- Affirm & Acknowledge yourself for 3 things you did well/are proud of yourself for from this week & make this a daily practice
